5.3 Bonus Abuse

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ego333 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ego333 Service.

ego333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ego333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ego333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the ego333 Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein. ego333 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and its servers.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by ego333

ego333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement or any applicable law; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating; money laundering or suspicious transaction activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that ego333 considers detrimental to the platform or its other players.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your ego333 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been fulfilled.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ego333 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and ego333, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the ego333 support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

ego333's decisions regarding account management, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and fraud determinations are final and binding unless reversed by ego333 upon its own review. ego333 is not obligated to enter into arbitration in relation to any dispute.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ego333 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

ego333's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on a particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
